The Wayne County School System is proud to announce that nine high school students have been selected as school-level nominees for the Governor’s Honors Program. The Governor's Honors Program was founded in 1964 by the State of Georgia and is a four-week residential summer program at Berry College for gifted and talented high school students who will be rising juniors and seniors. These students will now compete at the state level for an opportunity to attend the program. They are from left to right with their nomination areas:
