Wayne County School System

Ms. Williams began her career with the Wayne County School System as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. She served in this capacity through 2020 when she accepted a position with Bryan County Schools as Director of Finance. In 2023, Ms. Williams retired from public education. Shortly after retirement, she began working with numerous school districts as a Financial Consultant through September 2024.

Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brenau University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. While working as Chief Financial Officer, she was a member of the Georgia Association of School Business Officials and Georgia Accounting Information Network Support, Inc. She also served on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia School Board Association.

Ms. Williams has a son, Jake Williams, a daughter, Courtney Williams, and a daughter-in-love, Emma Williams.
